24 Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation. This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service(s) you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation. ​ No Show In order to respect the time of our Artists', if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee. No show reservations will be charged 50% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be serviced in the future on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. Late Please be courteous to your Artist and the studio's other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 50% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
